If you want Monogram initials please take a look at the Monogram font chart from the listing, and note that format will be the First, Larger Last, Middle name initial, Please make sure to clarify the surname initial for the Monogram engraving,

    I read reviews before placing my order with this vendor, and saw that there were delays in delivery. However, customer service was ranked high, and delayed deliveries were fixed. So, because that was also my experience--placed my order, waited over 2 weeks to receive it, contacted customer service, waited almost another 2 weeks, contacted customer service, and received it within a week. I would recommend if you need the item for a gift, as we did, do not think a few days delay will not matter, as I did; use another vendor or pay for an upgrade in shipping from this vendor. If you are not date sensitive, sit back, relax, and wait. Contact customer service when you feel an appropriate amount of time has passed. Customer service is good, and they will fix the situation.... it was just too late in our case. Still appreciated, but...

    I purchased the item on 7.22 for 8.23 event. The seller never shipped the item and I had to file a claim to get my money back in September. They claimed it was shipped on early August and printed a label but never took it to the post office. Blamed it on shipping and post office problems. Ruined my gift for a first communion. Dishonest.

    The products were proofed by the company, there was an error made by the company, they immediately created new products and sent them out ASAP. The original shipping took a long time, this why the lower score, but they did expedite shipping with the corrected merchandise.
