Processing Time

All personalized and engraved orders are custom-made.

Processing time is typically:

1–2 business days

Large orders may require additional processing time.


Shipping Methods

We currently offer:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS Priority Mail Express
  • UPS (selected orders)
  • FedEx (selected orders)

Available shipping methods are shown during checkout.


Estimated Delivery

USPS Ground Advantage:

4–6 business days

USPS Priority:

2–4 business days

USPS Express:

1–2 business days

Delivery estimates begin after processing has been completed.


Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking.

Tracking information is emailed once the order ships.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or has shipped.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once the carrier has possession of a package, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If a package is delayed or appears lost, we will gladly assist in opening a carrier investigation.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include photographs of:

  • the product
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.


International Shipping

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
